MegaBlock Thermal Adhesive

It is a high-performance, cement-based, high-adher- ence adhesive mortar compatible with the wall component, which can be used in the bonding of megablock products and in all kinds of indoor and outdoor areas.

It is a fast-setting, long-lasting adhesive mortar compatible with all kinds of construction and grounds, easy to apply, saving labor cost and time. It does not contain any harmful substances to the environment and human health. It is ideal for surfaces exposed to wetting as it is hydrophobic. Application Areas: It is used as a bonding material in wall fabrications made of all Megablock product types. 10- 10.5 lt. with water, 10 minutes it is mixed with a mixer for a long time in a clean container until the mixture becomes homogeneous. All of the water should be added gradually without adding it all at once, and the mixer should be used at low speed. The prepared mixture should be used within one hour. It cannot be reused by adding water to the mortar that solidified during the application. The whole bag should be used. No component other than clean water should be added to the mixture. Application: It can be applied in the range of + 5C to + 50C. The product can also be used as a joint filler. After the application, the surface should be kept away from rain and water for at least 1 day. Storage Conditions: It can be stored for 12 months without contact with water in a moisture-free environment. Material Consumption: 4-6 kg is recommended for 1 m2 wall construction.
