Mega Insulation Roof Panel can meet all requirements regarding thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire safety, and can be applied to all roof types. Because it can be produced in thin thicknesses, it can also be used in double layers if needed.

- Mümkünse malzemeler kapalı ortamda, az eğimli, sudan korunmuş, düz ahşap bloklar üzerine istiflenmelidir. Paletler üst üste istiflenmemelidir.
- Açık ortamda istiflenmesi durumunda hava akımını kesmeyecek ve sudan korumak için havuz oluşturmayacak şekilde üzeri naylon veya branda ile örtülmelidir. Levhalar sudan korunduğu gibi güneşten de korunmalıdır.
- Malzemeler paketler halinde; şantiyede veya çatıda mümkünse vinç kullanılmalıdır. Palet ebatları ve boyları değişiklik gösterdiği için uygun forklift veya vinç seçilmelidir.
- Paletler vinç ile taşınacaksa kesinlikle çelik veya zincir halatlar kullanılmamalı, yassı halatlar (naylon, kenevir, ipek) tercih edilmelidir. Halatların geldiği yerlere tahta takozlar yerleştirilmeli ve kenarları korunmalıdır. Takozlar paletlerden 3,5 cm taşmalıdır.

Which roofs is the terrace roof board used on?
It is used on all types of pitched metal and timber roofs and on flat (terrace) roofs; as it can be produced in low thicknesses, it can be applied in two layers where required.
What compressive strength options are available?
Separate technical data sheets are available for compressive strength types of 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 kPa.
What are the technical values of the 50 kPa terrace roof board?
According to the technical data sheet, it measures 600 x 1200 mm with a thickness of 50–100 mm; its declared thermal conductivity is no more than 0.039 W/mK, its compressive strength is at least 50 kPa and its reaction to fire class is A1.
