Mega Insulation has commissioned a new high-capacity XPS production line supplied by USEON on June 15, 2026, further strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and supporting continued growth in Türkiye and international markets.
Designed for the stable and efficient production of extruded polystyrene insulation boards, the new line has a production capacity of up to 1,300 kg/h.
The investment is part of Mega Insulation's ongoing program to modernize production, improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent product quality across its insulation portfolio.
Strengthening XPS Manufacturing
The new production line integrates extrusion, dosing, process control, forming, cutting, stacking and packaging into a complete XPS manufacturing system.
The line incorporates CO₂ foaming technology and an energy-efficient drive system, supporting stable process control and optimized production efficiency, reducing carbon footprint.
The project was delivered through close cooperation between the Mega Insulation and USEON teams, covering engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Throughout the project, USEON's engineering and service teams worked closely with Mega Insulation to address the practical requirements of the production process and support the successful start-up of the line.
