In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data will be processed by us as the data controller. Mega Insulation Production Marketing Foreign Trade Inc. Data may be processed by (“the Company” or “MEGA”) within the scope described below.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to your communication requests and managing customer relationships.
  2. Proposal preparation and conduct of commercial activities.
  3. Evaluating job applications and managing human resources processes.
  4. Fulfillment of legal obligations
  5. Ensuring company security
  6. Website performance analysis and improvement
  7. Resolution of legal disputes

4. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data):

  • It must be directly related to the formation or performance of a contract.
  • It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.
  • Data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be used only for the purposes stated above:

  • To the authorized public institutions and organizations
  • Cloud service providers (domestic/foreign servers)

Data transfer may be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).

6. DURATION OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is stored for the period required by the purposes for which it was processed and in any case for the duration of the statutory limitation periods. Data collected in job applications is processed with your explicit consent. 2 (two) years It can be stored for a certain period of time.

7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you have the following rights:

  1. To find out whether your personal data is being processed.
  2. Request information regarding the processing of your personal data.
  3. To learn the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.
  4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
  5. Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
  6. You can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).
  7. Requesting notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
  8. You object to an outcome that is detrimental to you, resulting solely from the analysis of your processed data by automated systems.
  9. You have the right to claim compensation for any damages you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days. If the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
