Yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyerek enerji tasarrufunu art\u0131rmay\u0131, \u00e7evresel etkileri azaltmay\u0131 ve daha konforlu ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Bu standard\u0131n \u00f6nemi, rakamlarla daha net anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye, 2003 ile 2024 aras\u0131nda toplam <\/span><b>948 milyar dolar enerji ithalat\u0131<\/b><span class=\"\"> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi \u2014 bu, \u00fclkenin toplam cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n <\/span><b>1,5 kat\u0131na<\/b><span class=\"\"> denk geliyor. \u00dcstelik enerji t\u00fcketiminin <\/span><b>%32,3&#8217;\u00fc<\/b><span class=\"\"> konut ve hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden <\/span><b>TS 825<\/b><span class=\"\">, yaln\u0131zca maliyetleri de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da do\u011frudan ilgilendiren stratejik bir standartt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\">Is\u0131l Ge\u00e7irgenlik (U De\u011feri) ve 4 \u0130klim B\u00f6lgesi<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"\"><b>TS 825<\/b>&#8216;in temelini <\/span><b>\u0131s\u0131l ge\u00e7irgenlik katsay\u0131s\u0131 (U de\u011feri)<\/b><span class=\"\"> olu\u015fturur. Birimi W\/m\u00b2K olan bu de\u011fer, birim zamanda birim y\u00fczeyden ge\u00e7en \u0131s\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 temsil eder. Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir U de\u011feri, yap\u0131 eleman\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015fine daha y\u00fcksek diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u2014 yani daha iyi bir yal\u0131t\u0131m ve minimum enerji kayb\u0131 \u2014 anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Standart, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi <\/span><b>4 farkl\u0131 iklim b\u00f6lgesine<\/b><span class=\"\"> ay\u0131r\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc her b\u00f6lgenin yal\u0131t\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131cak b\u00f6lgelerde serin tutmak, so\u011fuk b\u00f6lgelerde ise \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 i\u00e7eride tutmak \u00f6nceliklidir.
