Bu protokol, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve olu\u015fturdu; ancak yaln\u0131zca geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeleri kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yetersiz kald\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Bu eksiklik, <\/span><b>2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanan Paris Antla\u015fmas\u0131<\/b><span class=\"\"> ile giderildi. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerini kapsayan bu antla\u015fma, k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sanayi devrimi \u00f6ncesi seviyelerin <\/span><b>1,5\u00b0C \u00fczerinde s\u0131n\u0131rlamay\u0131<\/b><span class=\"\"> hedefliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilim insanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re 2\u00b0C&#8217;yi a\u015fan bir art\u0131\u015f, geri d\u00f6n\u00fclemez felaketlere yol a\u00e7abilir: \u00d6rne\u011fin 2\u00b0C art\u0131\u015fla deniz seviyesi 20-40 cm y\u00fckselebilir ve milyonlarca insan yerinden olabilir. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden 1,5\u00b0C, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in kritik bir e\u015fiktir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Kyoto&#8217;dan Paris&#8217;e uzanan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, iklim diplomasisinin nas\u0131l olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta yaln\u0131zca birka\u00e7 \u00fclkenin sorumluluk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fccadele, zamanla t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ortak hedefine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. T\u00fcrkiye de bu k\u00fcresel \u00e7er\u00e7eveye uyum sa\u011flayarak 2053 Net S\u0131f\u0131r Karbon hedefini benimsedi. Bu hedef, \u00fclkenin enerjiden sanayiye, ula\u015f\u0131mdan in\u015faata kadar her alanda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\">2053 Net S\u0131f\u0131r Hedefinde Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n Kritik Rol\u00fc<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"\">2053 hedeflerine ula\u015fman\u0131n yolu, enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayan teknolojilerden ge\u00e7iyor.
